You don't seem to understand that there can't be a daily short number because of the trade cycle which is the date the order was executed plus 2 days for settlement. If you talk about daily shorts it is short volume and that is meaningless.

FINRA has all of the trading data not the SEC - and FINRA says there isn't any FTDs - and no one is going to waste time naked shorting a sub-penny stock - look at the past weeks volume that certainly doesn't support your naked shorting theory but more importantly FINRA states there isn't any naked shorting.

Also you are forgetting about the naked shorts (Failed to Deliver's)
