Does any one have a copy of the purported wish list bill being discussed here?

BTW, there was an attempt once to outlaw, with a proposed "bill" to outlaw Di-Hydrogen Monoxide, also know as DHMO, One of the major deadly compounds in EPA toxic waste SuperFund sites.
