Another company that is 2 weeks from uplist didn’t even hold an earnings call or pr their record revenue. S-1 was filed after their earnings and they are still quiet. Super typical phase right now

Yes, Jay is a temporary CEO. “This proxy is focused on things that are immediate and essential for the company right now to achieve the goals that were set a long time ago.
