I think their is a lot of speculation, my question would be why would they make a public statement that it did not apply to them when most especially on this Board would not have even that there was a Bill proposed. Now we have all this speculation with their Insights and opinions that have no clue. I’m banking on SNPW for coming forward and stating that it doesn’t apply to them there is a purpose in all the other speculation going on it’s like reading a book that you have read a 1000 times.
