Unless they can dilute shares at will, the assets of the company or the entire company will be sold at some point. At that time, only .001% will be divided up to the shareholders outside of DGF. Let's say at the ridiculous valuation of assets is $1B, there are about 500 million shares outside of DGF holdings. Here is the calculation- $1,000,000,000 x .001=$.002 per share. Since no one in their right mind would pay a billion for patents not approved in the US, that number would be significantly reduced. That is the reason you need to run if that COD is found valid to allow unconverted shares to vote like your common.
