Would be nice to have it in the book at FDA though, rather than state by state.

So it looks like MRTP will come first, and yes they're actually now talking about a VLN mandate for ALL tobacco cigarettes. Again.

XXII need to go to each state to obtain & implement VLN mandate....just like the feds sit on their hands while state after state is legalizing cannabis.
