Neither do I , but I do like SNPW odds at this point.

my hunch is there will be a request for more testing etc - or they could approve it outright - or deny it. Who knows at this point - I sure as heck don't.

Haven't heard anything scientific, legal or enough political clout backing from the "never Medrecyclers' to cause RI-DEM or the West Warwick planning board (having served on a village board) to change their minds.

But, life is a crap shoot.
