Or how about this timeline per McNally.....MDT files end of March.30 Day approval window......end of April....(is it 30 Calendar days or working days?)....Payment Agreement allows 30 days payable to TMDI by MDT AFTER milestone completed..So everyone is kinda right depends on how the hairs are split..Imo....But someone correct me if I am wrong....But the filing for HUGO approval means everything is in working order from A to Z with no additional after thoughts because said approval for HUGO for Human Trials will be based on the HUGO prototype and NO changes allowed once accepted and approved.

Is this how others here see it?
