People freak out. Remaining shares will be greater based on current outcome - based on revenue. RM keeps this aligned, but if any word that its not going to happen, then share price would have to come down based on current revenue. NO Hype.
Keep in mind the MM are holding this at what it is now. I have tried to entice both ways.....must be a reason they wont let it drop...DOES NOT MAKE SINCE.
