1 ask why many of his own shareholders are clueless as to the fact that XALL owns Vigor Protocol, also why when Vigor Protocol tweets, they forget to mention $XALL

Is the answer to be found in Stella-Blu? And the subsequent name change to Xalles? Is Xalles in a ‘start-up’ mode twice as long or longer than we acknowledge?
