i was smart and dumped this morning after holding forever. this stock is trash. when i first bought, i didn't look at the 10q and see then nearly $5 mil in debt including over $2.5 mil in convertible debt and absolutely ZERO assets or cash. Just a big dash in the assets and cash column. lol this is a r/s candidate, and i just prayed that i would get the chance to exit before a r/s. anybody buying this today might want to check the financials. they are chit. czni is a buyer beware.
all you have to do is look at the 860 mil volume with only a 20% gain to see the authorized is tapped out. and they have not even made a small dent in all that convertible debt they have. will take over 3 billion more shares to pay off debt. the truth is in the math.
