Blackrock, Vandguard, the usual suspects. if AMC were to dump every single share at $6-8 and it held above $6, that would be a huge win.

why I am voting NO.

They should amend the AS to 300m Shares, 500M at most and agree not to dilute one share until 2022. then I would vote yes in a heartbeat
