Interesting no doubt. Nothing here is as clear cut as many would like to make it out to be.
If you assume that all to be true and there is a significant amount of ongoing use that they can license then certainly they are profitable off that. Issue is that these things are still to be decided. Most importantly how much was/is used and what punishments.
