i don't know. i don't buy the "FDA is out to get us" theory. Hell, they could simply have halted our trial for any number of random reasons and put the company completely out of business with one fell swoop.
everything i've seen is that the FDA is working with us. and maybe the reason that the trial wasn't handled better by them, is that at the end of the day, no matter how important we think we are, we are one of thousands of companies clamoring for an FDA approval of a drug - and we get a tiny fraction of their attention - maybe even at a junior level.
the thought of an evil secret meeting between the FDA and big pharma to squash the competition makes for great drama. but it's just not realistic.
the simple reality is - we're just not yet a known quantity - but we will soon be.
