.01 is not in jeopardy. NEVER. SBC will prevent it because it will cancel uplisting for at least another month. It has already been protected twice IMO. Once when it it .01, and another time at .0118. All they have to do is hit BUY MARKET 5 million and it sends it up out of danger. Besides, there are a lot of shareholders who will buy millions if it hits .01.
