BBRW Management were the ones lying to shareholders all along...the !0-K 'proved it'. Your money has gone to the lucky insiders and note holders who converted at a 50-60% discount to retail and then dumpted BILLIONS of those converted shares onto naive and uninformed investors in the open market...simple.
