Actually XMETD doesnt file any more because Wei de-listed them from SEC reporting. After today OTC Markets will issue a yield sign to their profile. Anyone who thinks going dark is transparency shouldn't be trading stock and certainly not in OTC.

Last 10-Q was Sept 29.
