GBTC will be at whatever the market is for it at any point in time. That said, one may reasonably expect the discount to decline any time it gets ridiculously low as compared to the BTC holdings in GBTC... and in a strongly rising BTC market, say, if it starts going parabolic, GBTC will most likely flip to a premium.
