What's your take on what-it-means to we investors?

I am not experienced with the Form 4 but I wonder if it's not a good sign, meaning that the people running this company are getting into position with the hope that big things are gonna come from this company.

I mean, I'm used-to boards issuing PRs regularly that don't sound like anything but hype. Does this News seem like it could be a good harbinger?

IF, and I say if, HCMC is moving everything into common stock, it can only mean one thing: M&A
