I still maintain that a r/s is not etched on stone and further more I would like to add that if the company was not bashed/defamed, etc.. maybe things would have looked better before the r/s and today.
An S1A could amend the r/s ratio but not at the last minute.

I would like to ask you for a favor when you have a chance.
Please direct me to the right gov't link showing that a reverse split ratio is not etched on stone once filed with an S1 form and that it could be changed at a later date .
This is very important to me and I hope you will be able to help me.

Hi Shana,
There’s no specific link I’m aware of addressing that. An S-1 can me amended anytime, but understand that with an amendment comes delays, costs, and additional review by the SEC.
