Newtg, agreed. They may need more money then we know now...I am not happy with the 18.50 price at all, and it does feel like a slap in the face to long time holders. But, stuff happens. I know CDMO is really gearing up to make some product so it may simply be they realize they need a bunch of money for what they see happening.
