You can say that about any of the penny stocks. You can say that about the sun rising tomorrow or we are done.

But isn't that why UBQU could be potentially under value? Once we see UBQU do what you pointed out as the obvious, we will be much higher. One of the few pennies that has a legitimate business with real sales of a high quality product. It will happen.
