game over? if it doesnt pass? the NO vote is so they go back to the table and reduce it to say 150M-250 shares at most. Plus its AS shares, not a direct capital raise. the more you post here, the more i feel like i should add.

They do have long term challenges, but let's see what happens when they get that 5 billion in revenue pumping them backup and they get to explore new opportunities with new partnerships. Today's moves are pure channel trading that usually happens before a sudden shift happens. Let's face it - a lot can happen between now and May 4th. You know what's coming.

With respect, AMC still has 50 million shares they can issue when that 500 mil is voted down. Once that no vote is announced and this starts taking off, AMC can sell all those shares around $200/sh to covering shorties like yourself and make a cool $8 bil to pay off all debt and STILL double current cash position.

At least, that's what I would do.
