applying for and obtaining approval or allowances for complex patents is very expensive and it takes quite a lot of research to put yourself in such a position.

There is a much bigger picture here, which the longs see value in.

But let's not get tied up in the weeds...that would be only "short" sided in not giving any value to "yet" another patent...LOL

I Highly agree that BRTX has Alot going for these 2 patents alone..now FDA approved for 4 allowances for the Therm stem Cell Patent..Cost Money! They must be worth it to get funded for trials..and they must work ya would think!! BRTX will be HUGE!!! IMO. MC Going to go up to 250 million before you know it! New Hiring of Mr. Kuc...a Banking Exec must mean funding is a LOCl..Many avenues for a company coming out of BK ReOrganization Plane with Zero Debt! No Reverse split Necessary unless its to go into NasdaQ..and the pps can run up to a Buck in many other ways! Without RS..Retire some shares...Get Current.Announce funding plus other Catalyst that could sence this in a Heartbeat up to .10 by /Before April 25th! IMO.
