Same guy says his formula has potential to bring $15 pps, which he doesn't go into. I'm not surprised folks have wildly different estimates. One is applying some stock valuation techniques to another case QUALCOMM vs Apple
The 5% guy is taking the "letter of the law" on ****"lost sales for 5% of servers" then applying a multiple to pps (a stock valuation technique).

****"lost sales for 5% of servers"--where did he get that? I don't think that # has been determined yet.

Either result I'm thrilled! Netlist has a good case.

How can they prove it was just 5% of the servers? Going all the way back to 12-13 years ago? How is that even possible?

Need to see how that was derived..... seems like nonsense to me.

So GOOG became the leading search engine with just 5% of their servers using NetList's seminal 912 patent. Imagine if GOOG had used a higher percentage.....

I'd say the person who came up with that figure is 10 pounds in a 5 pound bag... total BULLSHIT unless proven without a doubt to be true. Gonna be hard to do that unless they have accurate inventory records of all servers and components used since GOOG was notified by NLST to stop use of their patent infringing components ....... that was back in 2008?

Figure is lower, 5%, to set a smaller settlement.... hope the judge sees through this horse manure.
Nope, Google didn't fight NetList this hard for this many years using only in 5% of their servers.... then tried to get the patent dismissed....

What is that guy who posted the 5% smoking?
