Nearly 6 hours after your post, I checked TX SOS and PHH still cannot transact business in Texas, but we're supposed to believe ISWH's subsidiary, formed last May (filed paperwork with Texas) is extending the terms of an ongoing partnership with PHH?

FINS are due today. Are we gonna see a 2020 audit or will Alonzo file unaudited FINS after claiming for what, the 3rd or 4th time in his stellar career that a Form 10 was coming?
