MBMoney...it seems to me but may need HDC to address those "D" series shares. That series share was to allow 10:1 voting power ONLY. The actual share converted to common should be 1:1

Now this does seem to be a possible problem if George is trying to actually convert all those "D"shares shares to common on a ratio of 10 common shares for every "D"series shares they hold. That would be like robbing us shareholders.
