There is a lot in the 10ks of many of otc companies that have the same lawyer lingo ... again $alpp is a otcqb stock , says the same thing, BUT are currently in line to uplist to nasdaq. So take it with a grain of salt ... things can change here immensely. Sbfm is golden just need to see the mighty mice kicking some butt .
Don't forget that penny stock refers to anything trading below $5. Also Brett Rosen, the person who financed $2 million and has stated an interest in continuing to be a funding partner, was mentioned in the 1/14/21 PR to believe the Nasdaq is in the foreseeable future.
I think for reasons of legal assuredness, they are going to be very careful about making any statements that are not 100% guaranteed or legally cogent.
They need $20 million funding to continue the business plan with adva-27a and covid treatments, along with nutritional supplement products. Once they get QB status they will have more opportunities for funding partners that will make that $20 million figure more attainable, but until then and until a funding agreement is in place and publicly acknowledged I doubt they will say anything to indicate what is in the works if it might skirt the line of staying on the up and up with the SEC.
I think it is likely that RB Capital has some kind of hand shake or spoken agreement to fund more once they hit QB, as they have said they are pleased with the progress and benchmarks and expect the Nasdaq in the future.
Of course this is all just my opinion, but Rosen has been pretty up on this and expressed interest in commiting future funds and it working towards Nasdaq that the potential is there. It's almost like a good cop/bad cop scenario where the company is saying 'oh we aren't thinking about nasdaq' and the financier is like 'nasdaq is our next goal'
Who knows? The mice studies are the real engine to this moving up in share price
Technically, a "penny stock" is any stock that is under $5.00. Fine with me as that would be $7,500,000 (more or less) for me. However, I will remain in until it goes higher than that, which it will, imo.
