If it is filmed at Avid then, IMO, their manufacturing (loaded with Awards for Best of this and that) gets acknowledgement for others then award giving instances.
I think that every manufacturer will like to be recognized by its customers. HGEN and Avid have a contract, and if it is filmed there then HGEN preferred this facility over the other one (they signed TWO contracts for manufacturing in that period).
