There are just standard documents to submit with the application, what FINRA asks after the fact is a case by case basis. And with the pandemic still ongoing just having to send things back to FINRA will cause delays, it is not like they keep you top of the pile while waiting for the documents to be sent back as they review what they review when they review it and will put priority on big board stocks over a symbol change for a penny stock.
