You have to do a little research how to buy. Some use a VPN and others trade from Coindbase.com or with a platform that allows a swap of one crypto into HOT (HOLO).
This is the reason many of these are so early as few do the work to figure out how to buy from the US. When it does become easy to buy on a US exchange, its usually too late as the massive run already happened.
