I have a far better question for you; why did it go up in the first place ?

Revenues have been a disaster for more than a decade. Profits, how ever small they may be, are non existent. Doug has been cashing big time, despite ALL of the above for over 10 years. They spend on avg 15 to 20% of revenues on his salary alone!!
