If you own 200 million shares of NPHC - that is about 3% of the O/S - if you do in facts own hundreds of millions of shares there isn't enough volume for you to dump your shares.

The OTC is for trading not investing.

The only way to trade penny stocks that use message boards, social media (Twitter - Facebook), forward looking press releases, pumping 8-Ks and paid promotions is to just consider them all to be scams and just trade them do not invest in them. You'll lose 99% of the time if you believe the hype.

I would file a complaint/lawsuit in Federal Court to have Deitsch removed as the CEO - as he has neglected his fiduciary responsibilities. Because of the FDA and SEC complaints. Also he has been the CEO for 19 years and it is still a sub-penny.
