Wei is actually quite impressive and was and is a director...so not sure the "low opinion" or why "in hell" they wouldnt allow him to manage administrative details for SOS:

My research: (and I don't speak Chinese!) In 2019, Tian Wei was a product director at Atsugi Wealth Management, also called Houmu Fortune.

Mr. Tian Wei doesn't apper to be a shareholder of this company, it's president, or at least I didn't find relevant info about it.
Atsugi Wealth Management Co., Ltd. Is apparently a big company with thousands of employees in 100 Chinese cities:

So the question is is he acting in his own capacity here, or in his company capacity as a product Director.
