In my opinion the bottom is either here or close. If you’re gonna buy and able now is the time. I buy a million a day any day it’s below 13. I don’t like seeing CDEL or OTCX on the level 2 tho. They are notorious manipulators and short sellers. Although as I stated before, I believe it’s HCMC itself keeping the price down. If they have creditors willing to pay off debt with cheapies as the 8k yesterday proves, I believe they are still doing it and when they are done, those two shit MMs will leave us and this will be back in the 50s in no time before any news. THIS IS STRICTLY MY OPINION BASED ON MY OWN DD AND MY OWN KNOWLEDGE.
