These folks have hard core engineering talent staff on board. Last year they made the 5 out of over 200 applicants cut to make hospital ventilators on an FDA EUA plan, and were the only firm other than folks like the US Navy, and 3 other monsters (Grumman?) to make the grade. They were ready to fill orders with a cost of production under $500, but Trump had already flooded the market with Units GM and Ford built under the defense production act, at 30 times the cost BWMG could have built them, and the demand dried up.
BWMG has all the right stuff. They adapted the NEMO type rigs in about 6-8 weeks for use as Hospital Ventilators.
And the float is tiny.
