Mcol THANKS for that great bit of information regarding the S-1. That puts much of this in perspective for me.

I'm just skeptical because ive been in UATG for nearly a decade and its hard to get rid of "the old UATG" from my head and its failures.

What you have written gives us all hope and I guess I'll wait like you said. Its a huge job to get all these audits done THEN the S-1. In the mean time, lets HOPE they report a good 1st quarter, show a lot of hope and a lot of maneuverings.

I'd love to see 0.10 by end of june or even 0.05
