From all my readings on the subject of Naked Shorting, I conclude that there is nothing and no one forcing MMs to cover, short of an SEC investigation.

In short they NEVER have to cover. Am I wrong? I hope I am.

Please some one give me hard facts to disuade me from this notion. lol
