If you are going to set them, set em high.

But setting them a little above the current price actually has a negatvie affect,

I look at it as pressure, like air or hydraulic system, weight on a tilting balance scale

when you put shares on the ask ( for sell) it tells people and the system (algorythm) think you want to sell, making a stock look less inviting, and driving a pps down

putting in buy orders put pressure on the price to go up, makes people think there is a high demand for a staokc and the algorythms, thus driving a price up

There is no requirement to put your shares out there for sale if that is what you are asking us, you can let them sit in ur account or you can set a nice high ask for them, I usually set these penny stocks for sale at $1 with a 60 day time out, that makes me look at them all at least once every 2 months. If they sell at $1 all the better lol!
