I did read it. If I say I got the numbers from the T/A, that is either believed or not.
Now what is an assumption is, after approx. 10 months of charging $25K per month, I just ASSUME that Huss is cashing in, in some form or fashion, from the "fee".

No idiot would keep paying that amount, for that long, and doesn't even fill the need, to keep up the state filings for this ticker. Unless, of course, he's hosing investors.
