I was just trying to prove the point that KBLB has NEVER posted a PR about the reverse split (even though it has been hanging over the company like a dark cloud for over a year and a half).
Instead, they have "hidden" the information for the reverse split in SEC filings because they know that the average investor will never look there (and therefore never see anything about an impending reverse split).
