CFDs are a well known derivative, widely used in Europe and elsewhere.

Nothing secret or covert about them, and there's nothing malfeasant about them either:

Like most sophisticated derivatives, they depend on an exchange listing, and are not applicable to OTC penny stocks like IPIX.

Therefore CFDs have no relevance to IPIX.
