Mr Martha said publicly several times FDA/CE would be announced by March. No way this goes till April with no PR. Not that difficult to write a PR.

IMO MDT protects that 1/3 IP and eventually Enos. This FDA/CE filing and TMDI BO happens simultaneously.....lets see. They are on the clock....
