Sounds like something didnt go well for DGF in the BK hearing. Reeks more of a Plan B than A after the hearing.

We will see if OWCP obtains counsel or it will be a default judgement against OWCP.

DGF filed in Delaware to ensure enforcement as the only creditor.

Plus, if the company is insolvent the common and preferred shares will be canceled.

A new series of shares would be issued to DGF.

Bankruptcy for shareholders are never a good thing.
