They can’t comment on who they are. Due to them suing them. But eventually it will be released. But they said if you sign a confidentiality agreement not to disclose on any public firms they will send you the contract. It should have who that party is in there.

No, of course not, and there is still room for plenty of negative speculation. Judging by that Greenblock girl who was posting on Twitter, she never heard of Minerco, and if there was a true business deal between these two parties, she would have definitely heard of them.

Sounds like a very convienient excuse on Minerco's part, not to mention the constant blaming of the stocks decline on bashers, shorts, and the message boards, which we all know management participates in, this all sounds like more BS.

Breach of contract. They asked for 400k additional cash once the partners realized MINE was a publicly traded company. From what he said. They thought since its publicly traded they had lots of money. So they said no more money. So they are going to sue them, he also said they know who the guys calling the company are and they going have them sign some kind of form.

During the Q&A at the end, I think they said that the partner that they were suing was Lazarus.
