That term lenders is a joke when applied to garbage scams like ALST. They are toxic lenders not regulated financial insitutions. A regulated financial lender wouldnt touch this scam ALST with a ten foot pole.
The toxic lenders arent stupid they cant get blood from a stone they look at the ALST financials as well and can clearly read ALST has no cash either so they renegotiate the notes to their favor naturally.
What else can they do but issue law suits constantly!
