Doctors are people who have excelled at doing what their parents wanted them to do. They studied hard even in junior high. They floss their teeth twice a day. They exercise every day and eat well. Their hair is perfect. They have immaculately manicured fingernails. They never got an underage drinking ticket in college. They starting volunteering in high school. Actually, a lot of commendable things. But the ones who deal with patients on a daily basis are customer service agents who follow orders.
