Have you seen the way the OS has been climbing over the last few months? It's closing in on the AS and that may mean another RS is coming.
Yes you can lose 50% and those that bought at .005 when filings came out before are down a lot more than 50%.
The shareholders of the last company Huss did a merger with aren't doing so well. One the day the merger was announced the stock traded at .11 and it has not traded that high since and now trades down some 98% at .0018

If they do a deal with anyone it will likely be some small private company we never heard of and no nothing about. Like with the last company this CEO merged with by the time the shareholders learned what a dud the company was it was too late.
