To be clear, I still see the company as overvalued by at least a factor of 10. I see the legal system in this case as very gray, and anything can happen... I wouldn't be willing to bet on any specific outcome.

From my own personal technical opinion:
(1) The invention is not patentable
(2) To the extent it is, HDVY has not taken adequate steps to protect the IP as it has been publicly available in open source libraries for years.
(3) While I suspect many companies use SVM-RFE, I don't think Intel would use it.

He says INTEL wouldn't steal a patent because it against their
policies.
HO HO HO.
That is the biggest crock ever. According to Alan's logic,
no company with a set of ethics policies would ever cheat, lie, steal, etc.
If so, why are there so many crooked companies out there or at least
crooked employees of these companies.
