Technically: We want to see a gradual sustained slow upside to turn near term averages upward and create a rally.

Fundamentally: Mudrick has to accept and declare 17.5% ownership for ANV shareholders as soon as possible to stay out of trouble. I expect our strike price to come lowest of all of warrants currently traded plus anti-dilution.
